VERONICA​ CLOHERTY - "MADISON"

Australian Actress Veronica Cloherty has a flair for storytelling and a talent for bringing her characters to life.  Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, both her parents worked in film and television, exposing her to the performing arts from a young age. In high school she took on lead roles in the plays 'Grease' and 'Little Shop of Horrors'. After graduating from high school she attended university and maintained her passion for acting through courses at Darlo Drama, the Actors Centre Australia and NIDA.  In 2017 she began to explore the Meisner Technique before committing to full time studies at The Actors Pulse.

RONNIE. S. RISKALLA - WRITER / DIRECTOR / PRODUCER

Ronnie S. Riskalla is an award-winning screenwriter and director who produced dozens of films as a young child with only a Betacam.  Years later he went on to study film and drama in high school and performed regularly in school talent shows, police youth clubs and various school theatre productions.  After high school Riskalla attended a private film college before going on to study and attend workshops at the Australian Film, Television & Radio School, finding his forte 'behind the camera'.  A passionate and hardworking writer and director, he continued his film studies through a UCLA extension, learning from a professional crew working in Hollywood.  After attending the highly sought after Hollywood Film School, run by independent film guru Dov S-S Simens, his willingness to undertake a challenge led to his producing and directing 'The Day Hollywood Died'.  Over the past decade he has worked tirelessly on seven other feature films scripts, all in various stages of development.

YOLANDI FRANKEN - PRODUCER

Yolandi Franken is a Film and TV Producer, TV-host and industry all-rounder and has been in showbiz since the turn of the century. She produced three feature films; Turbines, Tabernacle 101 and Streets of Colour, a two-part documentary series called Yols Discover, two TV series; The Fast lane and Miss Multiverse Australia, and hundreds of shorter format stories. Her works got accepted into countless prestigious film festivals, some even receiving awards. These productions are available worldwide on streaming platforms such as Amazon Prime, Tubi, Google Play, Apple TV, and many more. tabernacle 101 had a US cinema release and The Fast Lane was aired on television sets throughout South-East Asia.

She joined WIFT (Women in Film & Television) Australia and is currently Co-Chair of their NSW Committee and Chair of their Virtual Arm. Here she is involved in organising face-to-face and virtual events and workshops with industry leaders, educators, suppliers, funding bodies and guilds. She personally had the privilege to work with Disney, Niki Caro, Mandy Walker ASC ACS, Steph Power, Jill Bilcock, Bonnie Elliott, Arri, all the amazing people on the WIFT Australia Board, and many more.

In 2014 Yolandi started a charitable film festival called Cause Film Festival which she ran for three years before passing on her role as Festival Director. The festival is still running and has housed some of Australia’s most talented filmmakers and actors.

Her experience in front of the cameras is also vast. She hosted Teal Wings, Indie Film World, Yols Discover, The Fast Lane, Miss Multiverse Australia and Miss Multiverse International. As far as acting goes, she had a number of smaller roles in Australian TV-series and Films and even in the Hollywood Blockbuster, Kingsmen – The Secret Service. In her younger years she was also known as a model and ended her modelling career after representing Australia thrice on a world level in Mrs Globe, Mrs World and Miss Multiverse.

For her work in the community, Yolandi was nominated Australian of the Year in 2015. She worked in countries such as China, Hong Kong, South Africa, India, Dominican Republic and the USA.

DR RAJ PATRANKER - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Dr Raj is a specialist medico with a passion for films. His career in performing arts started with acting in plays of Veteran Bollywood writer Kadar Khan. From Hindi stage his career moved to Bombay Television and Bollywood films.

Dr Raj turned to movie making in Australia in 2014 . He was an associate producer of " Hit Girls " with Maria Tran . His short film " Gifted " as an Executive Producer opened doors of Hollywood for actor Nicolas Hamilton.

He is also the CEO of Rishi Raj Films and his latest Indo-Australian production Dream Catcher starring Travis Jeffery is currently in post-production. Dr Raj has also been actively associated with organizing Bollywood concerts held in Australia.

ZACHARY PEEL-MCGREGOR - DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Zachary Peel McGregor is a Sydney based director of photography.  His journey into film began in Europe.  While travelling through the United Kingdom, he ended up crewing on a couple of shorts.  Having caught the bug, he ventured back to the Southern Hemisphere to attend Sydney Film School.  Upon graduation Zachary won Cinematographer of the Year.  For a number of years Zachary worked as an assistant cameraman on scores of television commercials and many high profile films such as; 'The Great Gatsby', 'Mad Max Fury Road', 'The Wolverine', 'The Shallows' and 'Alien Covenant'.  Zachary is now shooting independent films, music videos and commercials as a cinematographer. His first professional short film, 'Milkmaid', won it's writer/director a scholarship to Maharishi University of Management, an award personally given by David Lynch.  It picked up a Best Cinematography Award at the FestCine International Film Festival in Brazil, as well as winning a Best Cinematography Award from the European Cinematographers Association.  In 2016 Zachary was the recipient of the Global Cinematography Institute Founder's Award, by Yuri Neyman, ASC and Vilmos Zsigmond, ASC and received a grant to attend an intensive course at the Global Cinematography Institute in Los Angles.  Here he was mentored by world renowned cinematographers Dean Semler and Dante Spinotti.  In 2017 Zachary shot a thirty minute fantasy
film titled 'Last Tree Standing', which had its world premiere at Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival.  Regarded as the number one fantasy film festival in the world, the film was played in the Official Fantastic selection.  The film was awarded by the Australian Cinematographers Society during the 2017 NSW & ACT State Awards for Cinematography.  Zachary has now shot over twenty short films, with many of them being screened at Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences accredited, film festivals, winning its filmmakers multiple awards and nominations.  He is set to make 'Streets of Colour' his feature film cinematography debut, in 2019.

NENIF DAVID - ASSOCIATE PRODUCER & SKYCROSS ENT FOUNDER

Nenif David,Is an actor and producer who has been in the industry for many many years. Having studied at various institutions including workshops at NIDA, Nenif has appeared in shows such as Packed To The Rafters and worked alongside the likes of Bryan Brown and Sam Neil in Old School. 

Nenif has also been involved in production of late, co-producing the independent feature film The Day Hollywood Died which was the official selection at the ECU Film Festival in Paris. 


Having experienced both sides of the camera, his drive and passion continues to excel with a number of upcoming projects demanding his services.

DREW PEARSON - ASSOCIATE PRODUCER & SKYCROSS ENT FOUNDER

Drew Pearson studied at ACTT - Actors college of Theatre and Television and then attended the Australian Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2007.

In 2012 Drew played Ronnie Menton, a leading role in The Day Hollywood Died which was the official finalist for the 2012 European Independent Film Festival held In Paris. In 2015 Drew played the self-loathing character Jack Drain in The 5th Shadow, opposite Joel Mcilroy (Home and Away/ Changi ) He also appeared in a small role as a reporter in Suing The Devil starring (Malcolm MacDowell - Clock Work Orange), Tom Sizemore (Saving private Ryan / Heat). Drew also played a gritty and dodgy Doherty in the 1920's film 50-50 alongside (Jess Mcnamee - The Vow/ Locusts). His other Film and TV credits roll on including Horizons Crossing, (Aaron Glenane- Deadline Gallipoli\Danger Close ). An Open Letter to Uncle Edgar (Cannes Short corner) and guest roles in the ABC Award winning AFI Comedy Double the Fist 1 & 2. His theatre credits include highly acclaimed Don Juan On Trial as the enchanting Don Juan directed by Marin Mimica, Our Town playing the ignorant and blatant Mr Webb, Easy Virtue and The Visit directed by NIDA graduate Steven Rassios. Other credits include Miss Julie, The Jungle and The Shifting Heart. In 2014 Drew was officially selected into AIPA'S Professional Actors masterclass held in Los Angeles where he worked with Casting Directors from major studio, networks.
Furthering his acting credits Drew loves creating and ultimately Co-Founded Skycross Entertainment in 2019. Drew has associated produced "The Day Hollywood Died". He is also Associate / Executive Producer on "Streets of Colour" in 2020.
